Hey . is it alright when you feel like nothing really matter but you feel sad ?

 is it okay to pull yourself away from public ? and you choose to be alone ? 

I feel like that kind of feeling quite often . is it alright ? is it doesn't really matter ? 

Especially when you're laying on the bed after a hectic day . Everything seems like spinning . Memories , they're spinning , flashback . Good times , bad times they keep on moving and sometimes one of them is haunting you . It's like you can't forget it , and you keep thinking about it . Yea I know that's lame . Bad memories , I imagine how can't I forget it just like some of joyous ? They're all stuck , here and there and whenever . When I'm on the highest level upset with those bad memories , I just wanna scream . I want to scream till my lungs out and hope that all the burden might came out so I can breath , calmly . Good times , why you no stay longer ? why ? I hate when it comes to some mellow songs . I mean , some songs that lyrics just fit with your condition right about now . Suddenly those tears just fall down . But you don't know how to stop those spinning memories in your head . And it goes on and on and on .. No stop ><

what hurts the most is that the memories I used to hold so close to me are now the memories I wish I could forget forever :(
